No, all Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout.
Banjanan is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on in stock, identical items purchased up to five days before a sale commences. If the exact item and size is available for purchase at the time of your request we will refund you the difference. We cannot extend price adjustments on items or sizes that are not currently available in the sale.
After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number. If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 48 hours of the original order date, please contact our customer service at contact@banjanan.com
Promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout.

If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at contact@banjanan.com. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the return. Be advised that we are unable to provide support for items purchased from third-party retailers.
Please note, Banjanan utilizes traditional methods when producing their collections and due to the handcrafted process, slight irregularities, minor specks/stains, and mild shade variation may occur. We kindly ask you to consider these variations as part of the product's unique charm and beauty, rather than defects. Embracing these natural imperfections adds to the individuality and character of each piece.
Shipping
All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 days for our warehouse to process your order. Due to current market conditions, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery, which is out of our control. All orders placed after 10 am eastern time Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day.

Yes! You can order online for delivery to select countries worldwide. Tax, duty and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be added to your order total. Please note that all international returns are at the customers expense. For shipping destinations not listed at checkout, please email contact@banjanan.com for shipping rates and details.
To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.
No, we are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.
For US orders under $300.00 = UPS Ground $15.00
For all US orders above $300.00 we offer complimentary shipping.
Shipping costs for UPS Next Day Air are calculated at checkout and are based on package size and shipping destination.
All shipping costs for international orders will be calculated at checkout. We do not offer complimentary shipping outside of the US at this time.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your full price Banjanan online purchase, you have 21 days from the delivery date to send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. Please return all original packaging. There is a flat $15 shipping fee for all returns.
We aim to process all exchanges/ refunds as soon as they are received at the warehouse, however it may take up to 10 business days due to current market conditions. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed. Please note it may take your bank or credit card company 7-10 days to re-credit your return.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
