RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your full-price Banjanan online purchase, you have 21 days from the delivery date to return it for an exchange or refund.
All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact and in original packaging.

Sale items marked down 40% or less (including promotions) from the original price are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Sale items marked down 50% or more from the original price are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If a product is Final Sale, this will be indicated directly on the product page.

You can initiate a continental USA return by clicking here. There is a flat $15 shipping fee for all returns.

We aim to process exchanges and refunds as soon as they are received at the warehouse, but please allow up to 10 business days due to current market conditions. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take 7–10 additional days to re-credit your account.

Please use our provided return shipping label. We cannot refund other shipping costs.

We reserve the right to deny credits if returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL USA

UPS Ground: $15.00 for orders under $300.
Complimentary shipping for orders $300 and above.

All orders are shipped Monday–Friday via UPS (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 10am EST will be processed the following business day. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS Ground.

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–14 business days.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Banjanan is not responsible for delays caused by natural events or other circumstances beyond our control, nor for packages lost or mislaid once handed to UPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship online orders to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Tax, duty, and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and added to your order total.

International returns from Canada, the UK, and Australia are at the customer’s expense.
