Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Banjanan online purchase, you may send any full-price merchandise back to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the delivery date. 

Sale items marked down less than 30% (including promotions) from the original price are eligible for store credit or exchange only. 

Sale items marked down 30% or more from the original price are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If a product is Final Sale, this will be indicated directly on the product page.

*Sale items are not eligible for a refund to your credit card.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.

Returns are only accepted for eligible items from orders purchased directly through our online store, or through Instagram, and must be shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking number generated in our Returns Center. 
 
Exchanges/Returns must be received within 14 days of the original ship date.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.

We do not refund any shipping costs. Return shipping is $15 flat rate, and will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

For returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns Center within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact in order to be accepted.

Full-Price Items: Full-price purchases are eligible for a refund to the original payment method, store credit, or a size exchange.

Sale Items (including promotions): Sale items marked down less than 30% from the original price are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Once an item has been exchanged, it is non-refundable.

Final Sale Items: Sale items marked down 30% or more from the original price are considered Final Sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Final Sale terms are always noted on the product page for clarity.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

Please create your return through our Returns Center. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA number. Email contact@banjanan.com if you have questions or need assistance with your return.

Please note the nature of the return or exchange when emailing or creating a return through our Returns Center, i.e. did not fit, did not like, etc.

Securely pack merchandise and mark the return authorization number on outside of box, and ship the package within 7 days of receiving your return label and return authorization form. All returns will be processed and refunded within 7-10 days from the delivery date.
