The beloved Betty dress is nipped at the waist and softly voluminous, with a full gathered skirt and tucked raglan sleeves. Crafted from drapey cotton voile, our Tidepool print imagines the starfish, sea horses, and shells revealed by crashing waves. Fully lined, with pockets and a fabric tie belt.
