Exchanges/Refunds are processed as soon as they are received at the warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed. Please note it may take your bank or credit card company 7-10 days to re-credit your return.

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS, excluding holidays. Due to current measures to protect the safety of our distribution center employees, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery which is out of our control.
Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS ground services.
