Order Q and A's

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday via UPS, excluding holidays. Please allow 2-3 days for our warehouse to process your order. Due to current market conditions, you may experience delays in order processing and delivery, which is out of our control. All orders placed after 10 am eastern time Mon-Fri will be processed the following business day. 

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed you will receive your order within 3-14 business days. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS Ground or Express services.

Can I change the contents within my order?

If you would like to change the contents in an order, please contact our customer service team at contact@banjanan.com. Depending on when the order is placed, we may or may not be able to change or cancel orders.

Will tax be applied?

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value, and displayed in checkout.

Do you offer exchanges?

Banjanan offers exchanges on full price purchases only. If you are not completely satisfied with your full price Banjanan online purchase,  you have 21 days to send it back to us for an exchange or refund. All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact. Please return all original packaging. 

Do you accept returns of sale merchandise?

All Sale items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Please carefully review the size charts before making your purchase. Contact our customer care team you have any questions about a Final Sale item.

Do you offer price adjustments?

Banjanan is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on in stock, identical items purchased up to five days before a sale commences. If the exact item and size is available for purchase at the time of your request we will refund you the difference. We cannot extend price adjustments on items or sizes that are not currently available in the sale.

How can I check the status of my order?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number. If you haven't received an order confirmation email within 48 hours of the original order date, please contact our customer service at contact@banjanan.com.

How do I redeem a promotional code?

Promotional codes can be redeemed at checkout.

Please note promotional codes cannot be applied to sale or discounted items unless indicated otherwise. Discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined at checkout.

I haven't received my order, what should I do?

If you haven't received your order after 14 days of the original purchase date, please contact our customer support at contact@banjanan.com.

When will my order be processed?

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email. Once payment is processed, you will receive your order within 3-14 business days.

All orders placed Monday - Friday after 10 AM eastern time will be processed following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS Ground or Next Day services. Please note, UPS Next Day orders placed on Friday before 10 am eastern time will be delivered on Monday. Next Day orders placed after 10 am eastern time on Friday will be processed on Monday for expected delivery on Tuesday.

What do  do if I receive damaged merchandise?

If you were shipped damaged merchandise, please reach out to customer service at contact@banjanan.com. Please attach a photograph of the damage in your email in order to expedite the return. Be advised that we are unable to provide support for items purchased from third-party retailers.

Please note, Banjanan utilizes traditional methods when producing their collections and due to the handcrafted process, slight irregularities, minor specks/stains, and mild shade variation may occur. We kindly ask you to consider these variations as part of the product's unique charm and beauty, rather than defects. Embracing these natural imperfections adds to the individuality and character of each piece.

Can I change my shipping address?

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders placed Monday - Friday after 10 am eastern time will be processed the following business day.
Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will be processed Monday. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS Ground or Next Day services. UPS Next Day orders placed on Friday before 10 am eastern time will be delivered on Monday.
Banjanan is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Do you ship internationally?

You can order online for delivery to Canada, UK and Australia. Tax, duty and shipping charges are calculated at checkout and will be added to your order total. Please note that international returns from Canada, UK and Australia are at the customers expense. For other shipping destinations, please email contact@banjanan.com for shipping rates and details.

Do you ship orders to the EU and UK? If so, how will orders be shipped?

Yes, we ship to the EU and UK. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the EU €150 and Under.

Do you ship to a PO box?

We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

How much are shipping costs?

For orders under $300.00 = UPS Ground $15.00
For all orders above $300.00 we offer complimentary shipping;

Shipping costs for UPS Next Day Air are calculated at checkout and are based on package size and shipping destination.

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

Banjanan offers complimentary shipping on all orders above $300.00.

What is the cut off time for Next or 2-Day delivery?

Before 10 am eastern time Monday - Thursday for delivery the following business day.. All orders placed Monday - Friday after 10 am eastern time will be processed the following business day. Express orders placed Saturday - Sunday will  be processed Monday. Please note there are no weekend deliveries with UPS Ground or Express services.

How do I return an international order?

If you would like to return an international order, please contact our customer support at contact@banjanan.com. Please note that any applicable shipping costs or taxes for international returns are at the customer's expense.

Do you have a size guide?

Every individual style has its own sizing chart. Please refer to the description provided on the item's page for the sizing details! 

All measurements are taken from a flat lay of the item and are reflected in inches. Bust, waist, and hip measurements can be multiplied by 2 for the full circumference.
