RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your Banjanan online purchase, you may send any full-price merchandise back to us for an exchange or refund within 21 days. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with price tags intact.

Returns for orders purchased directly through our online store, or through Instagram, must be shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking number generated in our Returns Center. 
 
Exchanges/Returns must be received within 21 days of the original ship date.

Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 10-14 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation email when your exchanges/credits are processed.

We do not refund any shipping costs. Return shipping is $15 flat rate, and will be deducted from your refund total. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of an error or damaged merchandise.
We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Returns will be credited to the original credit card account used for purchase.

All sale items are considered Final Sale. No exchanges or returns will be accepted. Banjanan is happy to offer a sale price adjustment on in stock, identical items purchased up to five days before a sale commences. If the exact item and size is available for purchase at the time of your request we will refund you the difference. We cannot extend price adjustments on items or sizes that are not currently available in the sale.

 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES PROCEDURE

Please create your return through our Returns Center. Returns cannot be accepted without an RA number. Email contact@banjanan.com if you have questions or need assistance with your return.

Please note the nature of the return or exchange when emailing or creating a return through our Returns Center, i.e. did not fit, did not like, etc.

Securely pack merchandise and mark the return authorization number on outside of box, and ship the package within 7 days of receiving your return label and return authorization form. All returns will be processed and refunded within 7-10 days from the delivery date.
